At Avon Podiatry Associates you have the option to request an appointment via our website or by telephone. Should
you be delayed or unable to keep your appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your
appointment time or charges may be incurred.
Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of
your insurance carrier.
We are NOT participating with Medicaid or QMB
